"Whoever comes for the Friday prayer should take a bath”

★ Hadith: *"Whoever comes for the Friday prayer should take a bath”.*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadiths (English): ❶ Narrated Salim My father (Ibn Umar may Allah be pleased with him) said, I heard the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) delivering the Khutbah on the pulpit and he said - *"Whoever comes for the Friday prayer should take a bath (before coming)".* [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol. 2, Book 13, Hadith 42]

❷  It was narrated that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *“This day (Friday) is an Eid, which Allah has ordained for the Muslims. Whoever comes to Friday (prayer), let him take a bath and if he has perfume then let him put some on. And upon you (I urge to use) is the tooth stick”.* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 1, Book 5, Hadith 1098-Hasan]

حضرت  سالم نے، ان سے ان کے والد ( ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما) نے فرمایا کہ میں نے رسول الله محمدﷺ سے سنا۔ آپ محمدﷺ نے منبر پر خطبہ دیتے ہوئے فرمایا: *"جو جمعہ کے لیے آئے وہ پہلے غسل کر لیا کرے"۔* _صحیح البخاری، جلد ،٢ ٩١٩_

حضرت ابن عباس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت کی رسول الله محمد ﷺ نے فرمایا: *"یہ (جمعہ) عید کا دن ہے، الله تعالیٰ نے مسلمانوں کے لیے اسے عید کا دن قرار دیا ہے۔ لہٰذا جو کوئی جمعہ کے لیے آئے تو غسل کر کے آئے اور اگر خوشبو میسر ہو تو لگا لے۔ اور تم لوگ اپنے اوپر مسواک کو لازم کر لو"۔* _سنن ابن ماجہ، جلد ۱، ۱۰۹۸-حسن_

★ Hadith: *"Jo Jumay (ki namaz) ke liye aaye woh pehle Ghusl kar liya kare”.*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadiths (Roman Urdu):
❶ Hazrat Saalim ne un se un ke waalid (Ibne Umar radi allahu anhuma) ne farmaya ke main ne Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) se suna. Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne Mimbar par Khutbah dete huye farmaya - *"Jo Jumay (ki namaz) ke liye aaye woh pehle Ghusal kar liya kare".* [Sahih Bukhari, Jild 2, 919]

❷ Hazrat Ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Ye din (Jumaa), Eid ka din hai jo Allah ne musalmano ko ataa farmaya hai. Isliye jo Jumay ke liye aaye to ghusal kar le aur khushbu mil jaaye to laga le. Aur tum par miswak bhi hai”.* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Jild 1, 1098-Hasan]

► अहादीस / हदीसें (हिंदी):
❶ हज़रत सालिम ने, उन से उन के वालिद (इब्ने उमर रदी अल्लाहु अन्हुमा) ने फ़रमाया के मैं ने रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) से सुना l आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने मिम्बर पर ख़ुत्बाह देते हुए फ़रमाया - *"जो जुमे के लिए आये वह पहले ग़ुस्ल कर लिया करे l"* [सहीह बुखारी, जिल्द 2, 919]

❷ हज़रत इब्ने अब्बास (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“ये दिन (जुमा), ईद का दिन है जो अल्लाह ने मुसलमानो को अता फरमाया है l इसलिए जो जुमे के लिए आए तो ग़ुस्ल कर ले और खुश्बू मिल जाए तो लगा ले l और तुम पर मिस्वाक भी है l”* [सुनन इब्न माजा, जिल्द 1, 1098-हसन]
