► Hadith (English): Narrated Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *“In the morning charity is due from every (joint) bone in the body of every one of you. Every utterance of Allah's glorification (saying ‘SubhanAllah’) is an act of charity. Every utterance of praise of Him (saying ‘Alhamdulillah’) is an act of charity, every utterance of the profession of His Oneness (saying ‘La ilaha ilAllah’) is an act of charity, every utterance of the profession of His Greatness (saying ‘Allahu Akbar’) is an act of charity, enjoining good is an act of charity, forbidding what is disreputable is an act of charity, and two rakahs (units) which one prays in the forenoon (Duha/Awwabin Prayer) will suffice” (for the charity of every joint bone).* [Sahih Muslim, Book 4, 1557]
