✦ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Whoever introduces a good practice that is followed, he will receive its reward..”*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (English): Narrated Mundhir bin Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *“Whoever introduces a good practice that is followed, he will receive its reward and a reward equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest. And whoever introduces a bad practice that is followed, he will receive its sin and a burden of sin equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their burden in the slightest”.* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 1, 203-Sahih]

حضرت منذر بن جرير رضی الله عنه سے روایت ہے کہ رسول الله محمد ﷺ نے فرمایا: *"جس نے کوئی اچھا طریقہ جاری کیا اور اس پر لوگوں نے عمل کیا تو اسے اس کے (عمل) کا اجر (ثواب) ملے گا، اور اس پر جو لوگ عمل کرینگے ان کے اجر کے برابر بھی اسے اجر ملتا رہے گا، اس سے ان عمل کرنے والوں کے ثواب میں کوئی کمی نہ ہو گی۔ اور جس نے کوئی برا طریقہ جاری کیا اس پر اور لوگوں نے عمل کیا تو اس کے اوپر اس کا گناہ ہو گا، اور اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا گناہ بھی اسی پر ہو گا، اور ان کے گناہوں میں کوئی کمی نہیں ہو گی"۔* _سنن ابن ماجہ، ۲۰۳-صحیح_

✦ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Jis ne koi achcha tareeqa jaari kiya aur us par logo ne amal kiya to ussay uske amal ka ajar milega...”*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Mundhir bin Jarir (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Jis ne koi achcha tareeqa jaari kiya aur us par logo ne amal kiya to ussay uske amal ka sawab milega aur us par jo log amal kare unke ajar ke barabar bhi ussay ajar milta rahega ussay un amal karne walo ke sawab mein koi kami nahi hogi. Aur jisne koi bura tareeqa jaari kiya us par dusrey logo ne amal kiya to uske upar bhi uska gunah hoga aur us par amal karne walo ka gunah bhi ussi par hoga aur unke gunaho main koi kami nahi hogi”.* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Jild 1, 203-Sahih]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत मुनधीर बिन जरीर (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“जिस ने कोई अच्छा तरीक़ा जारी किया और उस पर लोगों ने अमल किया तो उसे उसके अमल का अजर (सवाब) मिलेगा और उस पर जो लोग अमल करेंगे उनके अजर के बराबर भी उसे अजर मिलता रहेगा उससे उन अमल करने वालो के सवाब मैं कोई कमी नहीं होगी l और जिसने कोई बुरा तरीक़ा जारी किया और उस पर दूसरे लोगों ने अमल किया तो उसके ऊपर उसका गुनाह होगा और उस पर अमल करने वालो का गुनाह भी उसी पर होगा और उनके गुनाहो मैं कोई कमी नहीं होगी l”* [सुनन इब्न माज़ा, जिल्द 1, 203-सही]
