★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“When going up, say Allahu-Akbar and whenever going down, say Subhan Allah.”*

► Hadith (English): Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said - *"Whenever we went up a place we would say, Allahu-Akbar <<اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ>> and whenever we went down a place we would say, Subhan Allah <<سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ>>".* [Sahih Bukhari, Book 52, 236]

جابر بن عبدالله سے روایت ہے - *"جب ہم (کسی بلندی پر) چڑھتے، تو «الله اكبر» کہتے اور جب (کسی نشیب میں) اترتے تو «سبحان الله» کہتے تھے"۔* _صحیح بخاری، ۲۹۹۳_

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Bulandi par chadte waqt Allahu Akbar kaho aur utarte waqt SubhanAllah.”*

► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki - *"Jab hum (kisi bulandi par) chadhte to Allahu Akbar <<اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ>> kehte aur jab (neeche ki taraf) utarte to SubhanAllah <<سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ>> kahte".* [Sahih Bukhari, 2993]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत जाबिर बिन अब्दुल्लाह (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की - *"जब हम (किसी बुलंदी पर) चढ़ते तो अल्लाहु अकबर <<اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ>> कहते और जब (नीचे की तरफ) उतरते तो सुबहान-अल्लाह <<سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ>> कहते l”* [ससहीह बुखारी,  2993]
