Whoever gives respite to one in difficulty, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity for each day.

✦ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Whoever gives respite to one in difficulty, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity for each day.

► Hadith (English): Narrated from Buraidah Al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *"Whoever gives respite to one in difficulty, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity for each day. Whoever gives him respite after payment becomes due, will have (the reward of) an act of charity equal to (the amount of the loan) for each day".* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 15, 2418-Sahih]

حضرت بوریدہ السلمی رضی الله عنہ سے روایت کی رسول الله محمدﷺ نے فرمایا - *”جو تنگدست کو مہلت دے تو اس کو ہر روز کے بدلہ صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا اور جو ادائیگی کی میعاد گذرنے کے بعد بھی (قرض دار کو) مہلت دے تو اس کو ہر روز قرضہ کے برابر صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا"۔* _سنن ابن ماجہ، جلد ۲، ۵۷۵-صحیح_

✦ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Qarzdaar ko mohlat dene par har roz sadqe ka sawab milta hai.”*

► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Buraidah Al-Aslami (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *"Jo tangdast ko mohlat dega usko har din ke badle sadqe ka sawab milega aur jo adayeegi ki miyaad guzarne ke baad bhi mohlat de to usko diye gaye qarz ke barabar har roz sadqe ka sawab milega".* [Sunan Ibn Majah, Jild 2, 575-Sahih]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत बुरैदा अल-असलमि (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *"जो तंगदस्त को मोहलत देगा उसको हर दिन के बदले सदक़े का सवाब मिलेगा और जो अदायीगी की मियाद गुज़रने के बाद भी मोहलत दे तो उसको दिए गये क़र्ज़े के बराबर हर रोज़ सदक़े का सवाब मिलेगा l”* [सुनन इब्न माजाह, जिल्द 2, 575-सही]
