★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“The murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell-fire.”*

► Hadith (English): Narrated Al-Ahnaf bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *“When two Muslims fight (meet) each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell-fire”.* I asked - *“O Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him), It is all right for the murderer but what about the murdered one?”* He, Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him replied - *“He surely had the intention to kill his companion”.* [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 1, Book 2, 31]

حضرت الحنف بن قیس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول الله محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"جب دو مسلمان اپنی اپنی تلواریں لے کر بھڑ جائیں تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں دوزخی ہیں"۔* میں نے عرض کیا: *"یا رسول الله محمدﷺ! قاتل تو خیر (ضرور دوزخی ہونا چاہیے) مقتول کیوں؟"* آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"وہ بھی اپنے ساتھی کو مار ڈالنے کی حرص رکھتا تھا"۔* _صحیح البخاری، جلد ١، ٣٠_

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Qaatil aur Maqtool (Qatl honay wala), dono dozakhi hain.”*

•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•


► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Al-Ahnaf bin Qais (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Jab do (2) musalman apni-apni Talwarein lekar aapas mein ladney lagey jaayein, to Qaatil aur Maqtool (Qatl honey wala) dono Jahannami hain”.* Main ney arz kiya - *“Ya Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam), Qaatil to khair (zaroori Jahannam mein hona chahiye), magar Maqtool (Qatl honay wala) kyun?”* Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Wo bhi apney saathi ko maar daalney ki hirs (tamanna) rakhta tha”.* [Sahih Bukhari, Jild 1, 30]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत अल-अहनफ़ बिन क़ैस (रदी अल्लाहु अन्हु) से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“जब दो (2) मुस्लमान अपनी-अपनी तलवारें लेकर आपस में लड़ने लगे जाएँ, तो क़ातिल और मक़तूल (क़त्ल होने वाला) दोनों जहन्नमी हैं।”* मैंने अर्ज़ किया - *“या रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम), क़ातिल तो खैर (ज़रूरी जहन्नम में होना चाहिए), मगर मक़तूल (क़त्ल होने वाला) क्यों?”* आप, रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“वो भी अपने साथी को मार डालने की हिर्स (तमन्ना) रखता था।”* [सहीह बुख़ारी, जिल्द 1, 30]
