✦ Hadith: *"Sitting prayer is equal to half the prayer."*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (English): Narrated Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said to the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) - *(You said) "Sitting prayer is equal to half the prayer and you are sitting and praying".* So, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) said - *"Yes it is true, but I am not like you people (i.e. I get full reward)".* [Sahih Muslim, Book 4, 1600]

حضرت عبدالله بن عمر ضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے میں نے رسول الله محمدﷺ سے کہا: *(آپ نے فرمایا تھا) "بیٹھ کر آدمی کی نماز آدھی نماز کے برابر ہے اور آپ بیٹھ کر نماز پڑھ رہے ہیں"۔* تو آپ محمدﷺ فرمایا: *"ہاں یہ سچ ہے، لیکن میں آپ لوگوں کی طرح نہیں ہوں" (یعنی مجھے پورا ثواب ملتا ہے)-* _صحیح مسلم، جلد ۲، ۱۷۱۵_

✦ Hadith: *"Baith kar namaz padhna aadhi namaz ke barabar hai."*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
►Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki maine Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) se kaha - *(Aapne farmaya tha) "Baith kar namaz padhna aadhi namaz ke barabar hai aur Aap baith kar namaz padh rahe hain".* To Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *"Haan, yeh sach hai, lekin main aap logo ki tarah nahi hu" (yani mujhe poora hi sawab milta hai)*. [Sahih Muslim, Jild 2, 1715]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत अब्दुल्लाह बिन अम्र (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की मैंने रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) से कहा - *(आपने फरमाया था) "बैठ कर नमाज़ पढ़ना आधी नमाज़ के बराबर है और आप बैठ कर नमाज़ पढ़ रहे हैं ।"* तो आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *"हाँ ये सच है, लेकिन मैं आप लोगो की तरह नही हूँ (यानी मुझे पूरा ही सवाब मिलता है)।"* [सही मुस्लिम, जिल्द 2, 1715]
