★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“While take ‘bath because of sexual defilement’, there is no harm if the woman does not undo or open her hair…”*

► Hadith (English): Shurayh ibn Ubayd said: Jubayr ibn Nufayr gave me a verdict about the ‘bath because of sexual defilement’ that Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he asked the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) about it. He, Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) replied - *“As regards man, he should undo (open) the hair of his head and wash it until the water should reach the roots of the hair but there is no harm if the woman does not undo (open) it (her hair) and pour three handfuls of water over her head”.* [Sunan Abu Dawood, Vol 1, Book 1, 255-Sahih]

حضرت شریح بن عبید کہتے ہیں: حضرت جبیر بن نفیر نے مجھے غسل جنابت کے متعلق مسئلہ بتایا کہ حضرت ثوبان رضی الله عنہ نے ان سے حدیث بیان کی ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول الله محمدﷺ سے غسل جنابت کے متعلق مسئلہ پوچھا، تو آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"مرد تو اپنا سر بالوں کو کھول کر دھوئے یہاں تک کہ پانی بالوں کی جڑوں تک پہنچ جائے، اور عورت اگر اپنے بال نہ کھولے تو کوئی مضائقہ نہیں، اسے چاہیئے کہ وہ اپنی دونوں ہتھیلیوں سے تین لپ پانی لے کر اپنے سر پر ڈال لے"۔* _سنن ابي داود، جلد ١، ٢٥٥_

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Ghusal-e-Janabat karte waqt, Aurat ke liye sar ke baalon ko kholna zaroori nahi…”*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Shuraih Bin Ubaid kehte hain: Hazrat Jubair Bin Nufair ne mujhe Ghusal-e-Janabat ke baarey mein maslaa bataya ke Hazrat Souban (radi Allahu anhu) ne un se hadees bayan ki hai ke unhone Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) se Ghusal-e-Janabat ke baarey mein poocha to Aap Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Mard to apna sar khol kar (yani baal khol kar) baalon ko dhoye, yahan tak ki paani baalon ki jado tak pahunch jaaye, aur Aurat agar apne baal na khole to koi baat nahin, usey chahiye ki woh apne dono hatheliyon se 3 martaba paani le kar apne sar par daal le”.* [Sunan Abu Dawood, Jild 1, 255-Sahih]

►  हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत शुरैह बिन उबैद कहते हैं: हज़रत जुबैर बिन नुफ़ैर ने मुझे ग़ुसल-ए-जनाबत के बारे में मसला बताया की हज़रत सौबान (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) ने उन से हदीस बयान की है के उन्होंने रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) से ग़ुसल-ए-जनाबत के बारे में पुछा तो आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“मर्द तो अपना सर खोल कर (यानि बाल खोल कर) बालों को धोये, यहाँ तक की पानी बालों की जड़ो तक पहुँच जाए, और औरत अगर अपने बाल ना खोले तो कोई बात नहीं, उसे चाहिए की वह अपने दोनों हथेलियों से 3 मरतबा पानी ले कर अपने सर पर डाल ले।"* [सुनन अबू दाऊद, जिल्द 1, 255-सहीह]
