★ Mafhoom: *“Whoever changes the bequest after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who make the change."*

✦ Al Quran: *“It is prescribed for you, when death approaches any of you, if he leaves wealth, that he makes a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to reasonable manners. (This is) a duty upon the righteous. Then whoever changes the bequest after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who make the change. Truly, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.”* [Al Quran, Surah Al-Baqara (2), Verse 180-181]

القرآن: *"تم پر فرض کیا گیا ہے، کہ جب تم میں سے کسی کی موت کا وقت آ جائے، اگر وہ مال چوڈھے تو ماں باپ اور رشتےداروں کے لئے مناسب طور پر وصیت کرے۔ یہ پرہیزگارو پر حق ہے۔ جو شخص وصیت کو سننے کے بعد بدل ڈالے تو اسکا گناہ انہی لوگو پر ہے جو اسکو بدل دے.بیشک، الله سبحانہو سننے اور جاننے والا ہے"۔*_القرآن، سوره البقرہ ٢، آیات ١٨٠-١٨١_

✦ Al Quran: *“Tum par farz kiya gaya hai, ki jab tum mein se kisi ki maut ka waqt aa jaye, agar woh maal chorhe, to maa-baap aur rishtedaro ke liye munasib taur par waseeyat kare. Yeh parhezgaaro par haq hai. Jo shakhs waseeyat ko sunne ke baad badal daale, to uska gunaah unhi logo par hai jo isko badal de. Beshak, Allah Subhanahu sunne wala aur janne wala hai.”* [Al-Quran, Surah Al-Baqara (2), Ayat 180-181]

✦ अल क़ुरान: *“तुम पर फ़र्ज़ किया गया है, की जब तुम में से किसी की मौत का वक़्त आ जाये, अगर वह माल छोड़े, तो माँ-बाप और रिश्तेदारों के लिए मुनासिब तौर पर वसीयत करे। यह परहेज़गारों पर हक़ है। जो शख़्स वसीयत को सुनने के बाद बदल डाले, तो उसका गुनाह उन्ही लोगो पर है जो इसको बदल दे। बेशक, अल्लाह सुब्हानहु सुनने वाला और जानने वाला है।”* [अल क़ुरआन, सौराह अल बक़रह (2), आयात 180-181]
