★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *"You will be a martyr if you die while defending “unrightful” acquisition of your property."*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (English): Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person came to the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ peace be upon him) and said - *“O Messenger of Allah, what do you think if a man comes to me in order to appropriate (take) my possession (property)?”* He, Muhammad (ﷺ) said - *“Don't surrender your possession to him”.* He (the inquirer) said - *“If he fights me?”* He, Muhammad (ﷺ) remarked - *“Then fight” (with him)*. He (the inquirer) again said - *“What do you think if I am killed?”* He, Muhammad (ﷺ) observed - *“You would be a martyr”.* He (the inquirer) said - *“What do you think of him If I kill him”.* He, Muhammad (ﷺ) said - *“He would be in the Fire”.* [Sahih Muslim, Book 1, 259]

حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص رسول الله محمدﷺ کے پاس آیا اور عرض کیا: *"یا رسول الله محمدﷺ، آپ کیا فرماتے ہیں اگر کوئی شخص آئے میرا مال (ناحق) لینے کو"۔* آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"مت دے اپنا مال اس کو"۔* پھر اس نے کہا: *"اگر وہ لڑے مجھ سے"؟* آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"تو بھی اس سے لڑ"۔* پھر اس نے کہا: *"اگر وہ مجھ کو مار ڈالے"؟* آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"تو شہید ہے"۔* پھر اس نے کہا: *"اگر میں اس کو مار ڈالوں"؟* آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"وہ جہنم میں جائے گا"۔* _صحیح مسلم، جلد ١، ٣٦٠_

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *"Koi “nahaq” tumhara maal lene aaye aur us sey ladtey huye tum maarey gaye to tum shaheed ho."*

► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) se rivayat hai ki ek shakhs Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ke paas aaya aur arz kiya - *“Ya Rasool-Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ), Aap kya farmaate hain agar koi shakhs aaye mera maal (nahaq) lene ko”?* Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ) ne farmaya - *“Mat de apna maal usko”.* Phir usne kaha - *“Agar woh lade mujhse?”* Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ) ne farmaya - *“Tu bhi us se lad”.* Phir usne kaha - *“Agar woh mujh ko maar daale?”* Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ) ne farmaya - *“Tu Shaheed hai”.* Phir usne kaha - *“Agar main usko maar daalu?”* Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ) ne farmaya - *“Woh Jahannam mein jayega”.* [Sahih Muslim, Jild 1, 360]

► हदीस (हिंदी): हज़रत अबू हुरैराह (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु) से रिवायत है की एक शख़्स रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) के पास आया और अर्ज़ किया - *“या रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम), आप क्या फरमाते हैं अगर कोई शख़्स आये मेरा माल (नाहक़) लेने को?”* आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ) ने फरमाया - *“मत दे अपना माल उसको ।"* फिर उसने कहा - *“अगर वो लड़े मुझसे?”* आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ) ने फरमाया - *“तू भी उस से लड़ ।"* फिर उसने कहा - *“अगर वो मुझेको मार डाले?”* आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ) ने फरमाया - *“तु शहीद है ।"* फिर उसने कहा - *“अगर मैं उसको मार डालु?”* आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ) ने फरमाया - *“वो जहन्नम में जाएगा ।"* [सही मुस्लिम, जिल्द 1, 360]
