“Punishment for those who don’t pay alms-giving or ZAKAT of livestock animals.”

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Punishment for those who don’t pay alms-giving or ZAKAT of livestock animals.”*
•┈┈┈┈••✦✿✦••┈┈┈┈•
► Hadith (English): The Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) said - *“(On the Day of Resurrection) camels will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had (in the world), and if he had not paid their Zakat (in the world) then they would tread him with their feet; and similarly, sheep will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had in the world, and if he had not paid their Zakat, then they would tread him with their hooves and would butt him with their horns”.* The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) added - *“One of their rights is that they should be milked while water is kept in front of them”.*

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) added - *“I do not want anyone of you to come to me on the Day of Resurrection, carrying over his neck a sheep that will be bleating. Such a person will (then) say: 'O Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam)! (please intercede for me)'. I will say to him: 'I can't help you, for I conveyed Allah's message to you'. Similarly, I do not want anyone of you to come to me carrying over his neck a camel that will be grunting. Such a person (then) will say ‘O Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam)! (please intercede for me)’. I will say to him: ‘I can't help you for I conveyed Allah's message to you’.”* [Sahih Bukhari, Book 24, Hadith 485]

رسول الله محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"اونٹ (قیامت کے دن) اپنے مالکوں کے پاس جنہوں نے ان کا حق (زکوٰۃ) نہ ادا کیا کہ اس سے زیادہ موٹے تازے ہو کر آئیں گے (جیسے دنیا میں تھے) اور انہیں اپنے کھروں سے روندیں گے۔ بکریاں بھی اپنے ان مالکوں کے پاس جنہوں نے ان کے حق نہیں دئیے تھے پہلے سے زیادہ موٹی تازی ہو کر آئیں گی اور انہیں اپنے کھروں سے روندیں گی اور اپنے سینگوں سے ماریں گی"۔* رسول اللہ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"اس کا حق یہ بھی ہے کہ اسے پانی ہی پر (یانی پانی سامنے رکھ کر) دوہا جائے"۔*

*آپ محمدﷺ نے فرمایا: *"کوئی شخص قیامت کے دن اس طرح نہ آئے کہ وہ اپنی گردن پر ایک ایسی بکری اٹھائے ہوئے ہو جو چلا رہی ہو اور وہ (شخص) مجھ سے کہے: اے محمدﷺ! مجھے عذاب سے بچائیے۔ میں اسے یہ جواب دوں گا: تیرے لیے میں کچھ نہیں کر سکتا (میرا کام پہنچانا تھا) سو میں نے پہنچا دیا۔ اسی طرح کوئی شخص اپنی گردن پر اونٹ لیے ہوئے قیامت کے دن نہ آئے کہ اونٹ چلا رہا ہو اور وہ خود مجھ سے فریاد کرے: اے محمدﷺ! مجھے بچائیے اور میں یہ جواب دے دوں: تیرے لیے میں کچھ نہیں کر سکتا، میں نے تجھ کو (اللہ کا حکم زکوٰۃ) پہنچا دیا تھا"۔* _صحیح بخاری، جلد ٢، حدیث ١٤٠٢_

★ Mafhoom-e-Hadith: *“Maweshi Jaanwaro ki ZAKAT na dene walo par azaab.”*

► Hadith (Roman Urdu): Rasool-Allah Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya - *“Oonth (Qayamat ke din) apne un malikon ke paas ussay zyada mote-taaze ho kar aaenge (jaise duniya mein thay). Jinhone unka haq adaa nahi kiya (yani zakat nahi di) aur inhein wo apne khuro se rondenge. Bakriyah bhi apne malikon ke paas jinhone unka haq nahi diya tha pehle se zyada moti-taazi ho kar aayengee aur unhein apne khuro se rondengi aur apne seengoh se maarengi".* Rasool-Allah Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne aage aur farmaya - *“Uska haq ye bhi hai ke ussay paani hi par (yaani paani saamne rakh kar) doha jaye".*

Aap, Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne aage aur farmaya - *“Koi shakhs Qayamat ke din iss tarah na aaye ke wo apni gardan par ek aisee bakri uthaye huye ho jo chilla rahi ho aur wo shakhs mujhse kahe: ‘Eh Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam), (mujhe azaab se bacha lijiye)’. Main ussay jawab dunga: ‘Tere liye mein kuch nahi kar sakta, mera kaam pahuchana tha toh meine paucha diya tha’. Iss tarha koi shakhs apni gardan par Oonth liye huye Qaymat ke din na aaye ke Oonth chilla raha ho aur wo khud mujhse faryad kare: ‘Eh Muhammad (ﷺ sallAllahu alaihi wasallam), (mujhe bacha lijiye)’ aur main jawab dunga: ‘Tere liye main kuch nahi kar sakta. Main ne tujhe jo Allah Subhanahu ka Hukum-e-Zakat tha, paucha diya tha’.”* [Sahih Bukhari, Jild 2, 1402]

► हदीस (हिंदी): रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने फरमाया - *“ऊँट (क़यामत के दिन) अपने उन मालिकों के पास उससे ज़्यादा मोटे-ताज़े हो कर आएँगे (जैसे दुनिया में थे) l जिन्होने उनका हक़ अदा नही किया (यानी ज़कात नही दी) और इन्हें अपने खुरों से रोंदेंगे l बकरियां भी अपने मालिको के पास जिन्होने उनका हक़ नही दिया था पहले से ज़्यादा मोटी-ताज़ी हो कर आएँगी और उन्हें अपने खुरो से रोंदेंगी और अपने सींगो से मारेंगी l”* रसूल-अल्लाह, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने आगे और फरमाया - *“उसका हक़ ये भी हैं के उससे पानी ही पर (यानी पानी सामने रख कर) दोहा जाए l”*

आप, मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम) ने आगे और फरमाया - *“कोई शख़्स क़यामत के दिन इस तरह ना आए के वो अपनी गर्दन पर एक ऐसी बकरी उठाए हुए हो जो चिल्ला रही हो और वो शख़्स मुझसे कहे: ‘एह मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम), (मुझे अज़ाब से बचा लीजिए) l’ मैं उससे जवाब दूँगा: ‘तेरे लिए में कुछ नही कर सकता, मेरा काम पंहुचाना था तो मेने पहुंचा दिया था’ l इस तरह कोई शख़्स अपनी गर्दन पर ऊँट लिए हुए आये क़यामत के दिन ना आए के ऊँट चिल्ला रहा हो और वो खुद मुझसे फरयाद करे: ‘एह मुहम्मद (ﷺ सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम), (मुझे बचा लीजिए)’ और मैं जवाब दूँगा: ‘तेरे लिए मैं कुछ नही कर सकता मैंने तुझे जो अल्लाह सुबहानहु का हुकुम-ए-ज़कात था पंहुचा दिया था’ l”* [सही बुखारी जिल्द 2, 1402]
